One of the big questions and anticipations for the upcoming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is how HTC One M9 will look like. Will it have a new design, and what kind of tech specs it will feature?
Just week before the event, a big leak hinted that the HTC One M9 will look like its predecessor One M8. At least from the outside. The Taiwanese company will rely on the same design from its current model for its new flagship. So expect the aluminum case which actually inspire Apple for the iPhone 6.
The difference is the camera slot in the back – it will be a little bit larger for the current One M8. The reason is simple, because it will house a bigger camera. A 20-megapixell sensor to be more precisely. The UltraPixel camera will be moved in the front. The 20MP camera is long-waited feature which is design to tackle one of the permanent HTC weaknesses – the sloppy camera.
HTC One M9 will look like the same from the outside, but under the hood it is a different story. The tech specs of the device leaked and give us pretty good picture what to expect.
The processor will be an octa-core 2GHz Snapdragon 810, accompany by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. A SD-card slot is available for further storage expansion.
The name HTC One M9 is almost confirmed and the device will be coming with an installed Android Lollipop version with the new Sense 7 software skin.
The new smartphone will have 5-inch screen with 1080p resolution.
According to the latest leaks, which featured presentation pictures and listings, the new flagship will cost 749 euro in Germany. Which is a little bit expensive.
HTC One M9 will look like to have two tone coloring for the silver model. It will feature a gold ornaments on the side in addition to the silver main casing.
The HTC One M9 is expected to debut in the Mobile World Congress on the 1st of March.
