The last report of Motorola’s Droid Turbo is perfect for the rumor blender – the cover for a detailed quick-start guide leaked. It reveals form factor, features and other stuff. According to it, the new device will have 5.2-inches display as it was rumored before. Also it will be equipped with capacitive navigation keys, a big 21MP camera with dual flash.

Motorola’s new smartphone will be NFC enabled and it will follow the recent trend to have its volume keys on the right side but placed a little bit to the center, not to the upper side like most phones. The Power button will be just above them. There is an interesting note about that the volume buttons are actually the cover for the SIM card tray. So presumably you can remove the volume controls to place or change your SIM card.

There are no more tech specifications. In the short introduction the cover mentions that the Moto Droid Turbo has “big, bright, ultra high definition display”. Ultra high may not be 4k, but it will definitely above normal HD screen. Also it is mentioned that it will have “high-capacity long lasting battery” which also could means everything. The rumors not related to the cover are for the big 3,900mAh battery.

This leak partially confirms previous rumors about the visual appearance of the Moto Droid Turbo. Images showing the back side and blurry front side of the device showed black back side with carbon fiber skin wrapped around the whole frame and body. The photos are also revealed changes in the dual flash which are placed outside the ring of the camera. The only frontal image is blurry and shows mainly the color and the shape. Also hints that the device has physical buttons.

The leaked cover only shows the front of the Moto Droid Turbo, but confirms the dual flash and the physical buttons.

For now the rumors are that Motorola is gearing up to release this smartphone sometime in October for Verizon network. We have additional hints because Motorola tweeted about it just a day ago and tease it with possible Red version. The tweet was deleted but this showed only that the big day for Moto Droid Turbo is near.
